Sights & Sounds Guest Studio is an exceptional new studio apartment, located on a lush two-acre parcel in the quiet and uniquely private, Hope Estate.  The expansive ocean views from this hilltop sanctuary are some of the best on The Island. You'll see the nearby islands of Balliceaux, Battowia and Mustique as you look out across the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. 

A tranquil setting

From this vantage point, it is not unheard of to witness a mother whale and her calf frolicking in the watery playground below.  If you close your eyes you will hear birds chirping and tree frogs singing along with the rhythmic pounding of waves as they crash into Hope Bay, thus the name,Sights & Sounds.

The architect of Sights & Sounds is Beyer Binder Belle of New York City. They are world renowned, having done many landmark buildings in New York, London and Washington DC, as well as premier homes.

Safe & Secure

There is a night watchman at the villa for guests security and there are safes available for guests use.

Great layout, high end furnishings

Sights & Sounds Guest Studio has a lovely, Queen bedroom, along with a great bathroom and a fantastic outdoor shower. There is also a kitchenette with 4 burner stove. Guests have use of the main house's exquisite infinity pool, which has one of the best views on the island.

The studio is finished to an excellent standard, with a lovely style and high end furnishings. This is the perfect Bequia vacation base in which to relax to the full and make the most of your stay. The ideal spot to unwind must be the balcony, with more wonderful ocean views.

Please Note there is no TV at Sights & Sounds.

The studio shares the main driveway and parking with the main house, and has it's own separate water tank. Combined with the main house, Sights & Sounds would make for amazing group accommodation, sleeping up to a maximum of 6-8 people in three beautiful bedrooms. There is also a daybed available on request.

Please note: The Guest Studio can only be booked a maximum of 2-3 weeks in advance.

The property has a number of paths with steps which have to be used with caution in the event of rain showers.
