A short stroll from the beautiful Friendship Bay Beach, Royal View Villa is a clean, calm and well presented 3 bedroom villa.

The view from the cool veranda overlooks the wonderful, tropical Friendship Bay valley to the ocean.

Lower Bay Beach and Princess Margarets Beach are just a 5 minute drive from Royal View Villa. The harbour town of Port Elizabeth is just a 7-10 minute drive away.

Open plan living area

The open plan living area is bright and airy with large double doors that open out onto the balcony. There is plenty of seating and a standing fan to keep cool. Cable TV is provided. A lovely chilled out space to relax...The property is also wired for both 110 & 220 V appliances.

Generous kitchen

The kitchen at Royal View Villa has lovely wooden units and a nice high lofted ceiling. It is very well equipped with hot water, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and coffee maker, toaster, and there is plenty of space to prepare meals. The dining area also opens out onto the veranda.

All 3 bedrooms with air conditioning for a comfortable stay

The 3 bedrooms are light and airy with high ceilings and large windows. There are 2 generous bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

Friendship Bay enjoys a quietly established atmosphere with a great blend of local character and world class accommodation on this protected palm fringed bay. Hillside properties enjoy spectacular views accross the bay and out over the Caribbean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean beyond Mustique or to the Southern Grenadines beyond Isle a Quatre. There is an international restaurant on the beach and local roadside bars. Look for local working boats pulled up on the beach or anchored in this sheltered bay.
