Aqua is surrounded by mature tropical gardens filled with colourful bougainvillea and exotic fruit trees, including papaya, mango, banana and wild cherry. The lush planting creates a wonderfully private and tranquil atmosphere, with the covered verandah providing a shady spot for morning coffee, an afternoon read or an evening drink.

The property is naturally cooled by the Caribbean breeze, with ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the bedroom for added comfort.

The shared plunge pool and sun deck are perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sunshine, with the elevated position offering lovely views towards Admiralty Bay. The pool and outdoor facilities are shared between the two apartments at Aqua.

Aqua is tucked away at the end of a gated driveway and surrounded by mature tropical landscaping. There is roadside parking as well as additional parking closer to the property on the driveway.
