Ijeoma' is a fantastic Bequia beachfront property built to the owners specification and completed in late 2009 sitting in one acre (44.000 sq. feet) of tropical garden. It has stunning panoramic views south across the bay towards Mustique.

A single split level property with main house plus three self contained en suite studio apartments of which Panorama is one.

Panorama Apartment

Panorama sleeps 2 guests and is located on the Upper pool level of 340 square ft with direct access via it's large 12 ft wide French doors to the upper levels 1,500 square ft of verandas, Sundecks and panoramic views. Of a traditional design with high, open, hand finished 'pickled' white boarded ceiling and mahogany furniture with a US 'Queen' size sleigh bed.

This luxurious studio apartment with sumptuous high quality furnishing has a/c and direct access to both private and communal verandas, a 30 foot infinity pool, ample sized sun deck and shaded dining and lounging gazebos. The airy open plan bedroom and living area create a refreshing stylish and comfortable atmosphere. A very pleasing place to stay and relax.

Traditionally inspired handcrafted interior design. The kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes are hand built and finished in solid mahogany. En suite shower room with large walk-in shower, basin and W.C. with inset downlighters. Hand-built mahogany twin wardrobe with rails and shelves and integrated dressing table. Tasteful images and lighting.

Luxury kitchen design

Panorama has a well equipped L-shaped kitchen area comprising hand built mahogany floor and wall units, black granite work top, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 ring halogen hob, combination microwave and convection oven, single stainless steel sink. Full range of modern crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

A beautiful location

'Ijeoma' faces directly South, a mere 120 ft from the lovely and peaceful Crescent beach, and at 50 ft above sea level, the property enjoys stunning, panoramic southern ocean views but easy, direct, access to this beautiful sandy beach. From 'Panorama' guests can look out at the islands of Mustique, Balliceaux and Battowia.

From this location, the busy harbour of Port Elizabeth is a ten minute drive away, and it is also just a short drive to reach three of Bequia's other beautiful beaches – Friendship, Princess Margaret and Lower Bay. The size and location of this apartment make it an ideal choice as a romantic getaway for a couple.

Stroll straight onto the beach

Taking the steps down from the sun deck gives access down the driveway onto the beach. There's an outside freshwater shower for washing the salt and sand away on your return.

Alfresco dining

There is a lovely alfresco dining area with hardwood table and 4 chairs. There are outside lights, and sun loungers are provided. This veranda area has direct access to the sun deck and the pool along with Gas BBQ area with bar stools and a coffee table. Or dine in style on the interior glass topped dining table with black chairs.

Shared sundeck and freshwater infinity swimming pool with ample sun loungers to relax in after taking a dip in the beautiful infinity pool looking directly South over the bay towards Mustique.

Guest Services

The House Manager will welcome you with a drink on your arrival and show you round. She will visit several times weekly as well as providing a twice weekly sheets and towels changing service. There is also a full-time gardener. The services of an experienced and professional beauty therapist is available for you at the house for single spa treatments up to a full 'pamper day'. You are welcome to request additional services directly from the House Manager.

There is a communal laundry room with automatic washing machine situated on the lower level available for guests use or through the housekeeper for a small fee.

Accommodation available for 10 guests in whole property

Ijeoma as a whole consists of a 2 bedroom main house and 3 self contained studio apartments which can each be rented either independently or simultaneously for 10 guests (12 max including children on sofa bed)

So in addition to Panorama Apartment, Ijeoma has 2 further studios located on the ground floor - Shoreside and Tranquility. This arrangement works perfectly for families or friends vacationing together but still preferring their own space. Great levels of privacy are achieved through the layout.
