This is a lovely new house built in the Hope district which overlooks the stunning bay beneath and the islands of Balliceaux and Battowia. The house has been constructed on one level with an open plan living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a laundry room, garden and an outstanding verandah with porches to the left and right offering lots of cool, relaxing outside space for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen is well equipped including an american style stainless steel fridge with ice maker, bread maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 5 burner gas stove and kettle.

3 Bedrooms for up to 8 Guests

The master bedroom with private bathroom is located apart from the other 2 bedrooms and all have louvred windows and doors maintaining a comfortably cool climate throughout. All 3 bedrooms have cable TV and access to the verandah. The floors are all cool tiles and there is plenty of built in wardrobe space.

The light, cool bathrooms have high ceilings, the shower area has been finished with a selection of smooth pebbles and there are twin ceramic sinks.

Tranquil & Breezy Location

This house welcomes in the local breezes due to It's hillside location. A 4x4 hire car would be recommended as the approach is quite steep and in a very quiet peaceful residential area.

Garden with Herb Garden & Swings for the Children

The garden below the verandah has a small selection of herbs, fruit trees including banana, papaya, coconut, guava, pineapple and a small set of children's swings.
