Villa Description

Villa Pattree South and North are two individual apartments that have a lovely central shared pool. They can be rented together or separately, working perfectly both ways. This makes the properties ideal for two couples vacationing together.

Great Location

The location of the Pattree apartments is quiet and elevated, with commanding views over the lovely Admiralty Bay. From here, guests are close to the many restaurants and the bustling harbour town of Port Elizabeth and also only a short taxi from two of Bequia's most beautiful beaches - Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Bay Beach.

Excellent layout

Each villa has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living space has big double doors that open out onto the spacious balcony, letting in lots of light. The living area has comfortable furniture, a standing fan and tv to keep you entertained. The kitchen is simple but well equipped with all you will need to prepare meals during your stay, the dining table looks out onto the balcony.

One bedroom

Each villa has one good sized bedroom. Decorated in calm, clean colours, the room also has large windows, plenty of storage space and air conditioning for added comfort.

Shared pool and Patio area

Pattree has a lovely shared pool, sun loungers and seating for guests. The pool side area is a really great space to relax and soak up some of the beautiful Bequia sunshine whilst enjoying those panoramic views. There is also an outside dining area, large good quality barbecue unit and patio. The views from this space are really excellent, and you can easily appreciate your surroundings whilst looking out at the fantastic turquoise water, and the yachts anchored below in Admiralty Bay. The name Pattree is the name of a ship owned by the same family.

Belmont

A central location on the island this is an established area above the Belmont Waterfront Walkway. The shore side is a relaxing and social area with sandy restaurants...yachts at anchor... children playing...a friendly fun area. Home to Bequia's longest established Hotels,the Frangipani the Whaleboner and the Gingerbread. There are small wooden jetties and its the place to stroll along the shore to Port Elizabeth or past the Dive shops to Princess Margaret Beach just over the headland. Houses and villas here enjoy panoramic views over Admiralty Bay, the finest harbour in the Windwards with visiting yachts form all over the world. The sunsets are breathtaking.
