A recently built, elevated property located in quiet peaceful Hope Estate - a cool, quiet and established residential area just a short drive down to the harbourtown of Port Elizabeth and to the beach and the bars, shops and restaurants (just a 10 minute drive away).

Spacious & Relaxing

This new property is spacious and designed for open plan living. Large living areas with high lofted ceilings keep the house lovely and cool. The kitchen and dining area, with breakfast bar, is a great space to socialize whilst cooking up some delicious local delicacies in the practical and well equipped kitchen. The house is fitted with WiFi internet. The large living area contains comfortable sofa's and a TV (plus TV in master bedroom).

There are 3 bedrooms in Paradise Breeze all with King sized beds and air conditioning in each. The spacious en suite Master Bedroom contains a King Sized four poster bed and large TV. The second bedroom also has a King Sized four poster bed. The third bedroom has a king bed. These 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom. The layout is simple, relaxing and designed with guests in mind

(there is also a separate and completely self contained lower apartment which is occupied on a long term basis)

Cool Sweeping Terrace

A delightful terrace surrounds the upper level of the villa. A great place to relax, dine and enjoy expansive tropical views over Hope. This house is comfortable, cool and connected. With the house siting on 1 acre of land there is plenty of garden space to enjoy with mature fruit trees and picnic table with BBQ.
