The Winchester is a confident building in a commanding position overlooking the Bequia's Atlantic coast. The views from the pool terrace are almost unbeatable on Bequia.

The 180 degree view ranges from far reaching vistas across the ocean to the east, Mustique and the idyllic turquoise waters of Crescent Bay to the south, and the lush green rolling landscape of the island to the west. It's hillside location means that there are constant cooling breezes.

The accommodation comprises 2 buildings, the main house and guest house, linked by a terrace. With 2 bedrooms in the main house which also has a large open plan living space upstairs, which opens up completely along one side onto the balcony. The kitchen and utility room are fitted with top of the range Bosch appliances and spacious Scandinavian corner cold store.

A lovely quiet and secluded spot on Bequia's Eastern Coast, The Winchester is located in Ocean Ridge A Private Estate above Crescent Beach. A South facing & elevated location allows for absolutely stunning views over the whole of Bequia's  Eastern Coast and out over the other Grenadine Islands.The elevated situation affords constant cooling breezes.

Panoramic views ranging from far reaching vistas across the Ocean, to the East Coast of Bequia's Crescent & Spring Bays.The stunning ocean views incorporate the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux & Battowia, and over to the private island of Mustique. From the turquoises of the idyllic Crescent Bay, to the tropical greens of the hills of Spring & Industry; special views from a special location.

An Open Spacious & Light Layout

The accommodation comprises 2 buildings; a main house and guest house, linked by a terrace. The main house has a large open plan living space upstairs, with comfy living & dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen.The kitchen and utility room are fitted with top of the range Bosch appliances and spacious Scandinavian corner cold store.

Floor to ceiling windows and doors keep the space light and airy, and allow full access to the spectacular panoramic views. These spaces open up completely along one side onto the spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and Crescent Bay below. To the right of the balcony are the natural stone steps which access the beautiful infinity swimming pool and sun deck area.

The lower level of the Main House comprises 2 double bedrooms; 1 with an en-suite bathroom and large dressing room, there is another spacious shower room for the second bedroom which is set up as two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms boast the stunning views through large glass windows and doors, and open onto a verandah with direct access to the infinity pool and sun patio. All bedrooms in The Winchester have air conditioning and the central point of each room is a designer ceiling fan.

Dreamy Pool Terrace - perfect for enjoying the view

9m x 3m infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to make the most of the stunning views, located on the lower level at the front of the house. Next to the pool is also a sun deck, bar & barbecue area, as well as an outside shower.

The tropical gardens surround the property; these are really flourishing. There is also an orchard, with: mango, guava, banana, avocado, cherry, lime, passion fruit, wax apple and almond.

The outside spaces and gardens are fully lit up with exterior lighting.

Security & Power

The property includes a fully monitored security system; Detection Systems Alarm, as well as remote controlled electric gates through to driveway / carport / turning area, with a video intercom. The pool pump and chlorinator are powered through photovoltaic panels, and hot water is generated via solar panels.

There is also a water recycling plant to generate sufficient water for the garden from waste water, as well as a Backup generator.
