Newly built 5 bedroom Reef House (sleeps ten) is perfectly located on Crown Point, just a short 3 minute stroll down the hill to the stunning and often deserted palm lined Crescent Beach. Here you can snorkel along the offshore reefs or take a stroll to the islands turtle sanctuary. There is also access to some great hiking trails and the house is still just a 5 minute drive away from Port Elizabeth. The area is quiet, calm and relaxing with very few neighbours and the unique location of Reef House offers It's guests the time and opportunity to experience the peace and beauty of nature in a very comfortable home environment. Expansive Views of the sea, reef and offshore islands.

Imported Bali Furnishings

This villa has been lovingly constructed and filled with exquisite furnishings imported from Bali. With more than enough space for 8 guests and ample room for 10 and an introductory rate of only 5000 USD per week, Reef House promises to be one of Bequias' finest places to spend the winter.

Private Pool

This villa has been constructed upon 2 levels with 3 of the double bedrooms located on the lower level with easy access to the pristine pool and pool deck. This beautiful pool is 4.5 feet deep and there are swim 'noodles' available for children to play with, although this villa is not recommended for younger children due to the open design of the verandah balcony railings. If there are more than 2 children within the group tenants will be expected to pay for a daily maid service.

Spacious Octagonal Lounge & Kitchen Space

The Upper level features a unique octagonal lounge with access to a spectacular 10 ft wide balcony offering views over to the ocean and islands beyond - notably the uninhabited islands of Battowia and Balliceaux. Reef House's pavilion style design is naturally cooled by the Caribbean trade winds that constantly flow in from the sea.

Rustic Caribbean Stone & Wood Interior

This villa has been designed with a rustic Caribbean style, both sophisticated and modern whilst embracing the Bequia barefoot chic that characterises this island. The rooms are cooled by the constant trade winds that circulate through specially designed heavy wooden shutters and doors. There are also ceiling fans in each of the 5 bedrooms and large screen doors also let in the breeze. Master bedroom with king sized Balinese teak four poster bed, high-beamed ceiling, stone surrounded and nine foot arched wooden Dutch doors that open to the sea. With generous walk-in closet, a stylish en suite bathroom with dark green soapstone counter, Balinese teak mirror and a large walk-in shower with walls of green marble tile and a slate tile floor. The upstairs Guest bedroom contains a queen sized teak four poster bed is also en suite and has similar features to the master bedroom. The 3 guest bedrooms on the lower level also have queen teak four poster beds. One is en suite while the remaining 2 rooms share a bathroom with extra large walk in shower.

Entertaining Media & TV Room

A media and TV room is located on the ground floor close to the pool and pool deck. With large sleigh bed and and full bath.

Breezy Hilltop Location with Wooden Shutters

This spectacular new villa has been perfectly positioned to absorb the refreshing trade winds, offer sumptuous views and almost total privacy whilst also being relatively close to the bars and restaurants of Port Elizabeth.

Lush Mature Palm Fringed Gardens

The land upon which this villa has been built has been tastefully landscaped, providing some shade and an array of palm fringed views from some of the windows.

Warm Welcome at Reef House

A light welcome supper is provided Complementary to help you to really settle in on your first evening. Maid service is provided twice per week (extra easily arranged if required) and the grounds manager ison call daily to help with the running of the house. All ensuring you have a wonderfully relaxing stay from start to finish! There is strictly NO SMOKING either in Reef House or on the Verandah outside.
