This newly completed villa is perfectly located on Crown Point just a short 3 minute stroll down the hill to the stunning and very often deserted palm fringed Crescent Bay Beach. Here you can snorkel along the offshore reefs or take a stroll along to Bequia's very own turtle sanctuary. There is also access to some great hiking trails from this perfectly placed property. Reef House is just a 5 minute drive away from all the amenities that the harbour town of Port Elizabeth has to offer. The area, know as Crown Point, is quiet, calm and wonderfully relaxing with very few neighbours and expansive views of the ocean, reefs and islands beyond. The unique location of Reef House offers itsguests the time and opportunity to experience the peace and beauty of nature in a very comfortable home environment. Rental of the upper level of this classic villa provides the perfect setting for 1 or 2 couples with 2 large bedrooms each located on either side of the grand, open plan octagonal living / dining area. The design and size of rooms provides ample privacy. All rooms have lovely high beamed ceilings and are wonderfully decorated & well equipped with much care and attention with imported Balinese furniture. 

2 Bedroom Single Level

This entire 5 bedroom villa has been constructed on 2 levels. With the entire entry level upper floor, with 2 bedrooms living area & kitchen, being made available for this rental. (This section of the house is suitable for wheelchair access). The Master bedroom contains a King sized Balinese teak four poster bed, high-beamed ceiling, stone surrounded and nine foot arched wooden Dutch doors that open to the sea. With generous walk-in closet, a stylish en suite bathroom with dark green soapstone counter, Balinese teak mirror and a large walk-in shower with walls of green marble tile and a slate tile floor. The Guest bedroom contains a queen sized teak four poster bed is also en suite and has similar features to the master bedroom. Guests choosing to rent just the upper level (2 bedrooms) will of course be guaranteed private use of all The Villa facilities, including the media room, with the option to open up the additional ground level bedrooms when renting the entire villa.

Additional Bedrooms Available

There is also access to an additional 3 bedrooms on the pool deck level if required at small additional cost. The 3 guest bedrooms on the lower level also have queen teak four poster beds. One is en suite while the remaining 2 rooms share a bathroom with extra large walk in shower.

Spacious Octagonal Lounge & Kitchen Space

The main living area features a unique octagonal lounge surrounded by a spectacular 10ft wide balcony offering views over to the ocean and islands beyond - notably the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux and Battowia. Reef House's pavilion style design is naturally cooled by the Caribbean trade winds that constantly flow in from the sea.

Caribbean Stone & Wood Interior

this villa has been designed with a rustic Caribbean style, both sophisticated and modern whilst embracing the Bequia barefoot chic that characterises this island. With tropical Greenheart wooden rafters, doors & windows and local cut stone walls. The rooms are cooled by the constant tradewinds that circulate the house through specially designed heavy wooden shutters and doors. There are also ceiling fans in Each Bedroom.

Entertaining Media & TV Room

A media and TV room is located on the ground floor close to the pool,with large sleigh bed and and full bath. This room will of course be made available with all rentals.

Private Pool

The pristine pool and shady deck area offers the same views out over the beach below and nearby islands. The perfect place to take a refreshing dip after exploring all the island has to offer!There are swim noodles available for children to play with, although due to the open nature of the verandah this villa would not be recommended for younger children. If there are more than 2 children within the group then guests would be expected to pay for a daily maid service.

Breezy Hilltop Location with Wooden Shutters

This spectacular new villa has been perfectly positioned to absorb the refreshing trade winds, offer sumptuous views and almost total privacy whilst also being relatively close to the bars and restaurants of Port Elizabeth.

Lush Mature Palm Fringed Gardens

The gently sloping land upon which this villa has been built has been tastefully landscaped, providing nice areas of shade and an array of palm fringed views from each room. The beautiful tropical gardens to the rear of the house provides a wonderfully peaceful tropical area to relax in the shade and enjoy a good book!.

Warm Welcome at Reef House

A welcome supper and basic breakfast items are provided to help you to really settle in on your first evening/morning. Maid service isprovided once per week (extra easily arranged if required) and the grounds manager is on call daily to help with the running of the house. All ensuring you have a wonderfully relaxing stay from startto finish!
