The location has been carefully chosen for the construction of this charming villa at Crown Point. There are stone steps down from the house that lead down to the road and a few steps across to Crescent Beach, a sandy, often deserted idyllic palm-fringed beach.

Panoramic Views From Every Room

The focus of this villa is the beach and the view, there are French windows around the entire upper and lower living spaces and a Wrap around balcony on 3 sides presenting stunning views from every interior angle.

Upper-Level Layout

The upper level is dominated by a large open-plan great room, in the style of the exclusive Mustique villas, a lounge and a modern kitchen. The master bedroom with a large private bathroom also has a private balcony and is located on the upper level.

Lower Level Layout

There is a second bedroom, slightly larger than the master bedroom that also has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There is also a small kitchen and lounge on this level and a pull-out bed for a fifth guest if required. There is an outside shower on the porch outside this lower-level living space, perfect for rinsing off after a visit to the beach. A laundry room is also located on this lower level.

Private Swimming Pool

There is a lovely refreshing dipping / swimming pool on the upper level, with views over Crescent Bay Beach.

Laundry Service

There is a laundry room and a laundry service provided by the Housekeeper, who would require tipping for this service. There is an iron for guests to use but general laundry would be taken care of by the Housekeeper.

WiFi, Ceiling Fans & Cable TV

This has been built to provide the perfect beach villa with everything a family could need to relax and enjoy the island including WiFi, cable TV and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Ideal for Kiteboarding & Windsurfing

The owner of this villa is a keen sailor and kite surfer and has chosen this location above all others on the island. Crescent bay is ideal for experienced intermediary level kitesurfing. 2 kayaks and a paddle board are left at the house for guests to use.

Flexible Layout for 2 or 4 Guests

This villa has been arranged so that it can be enjoyed as a whole house for up to 4 guests in two ensuite queen-size bedrooms.

Safe & Secure: Peace of Mind

There is a security system in place in the house and there are 2 safes securely installed that are each large enough to store a laptop.

Quiet, Secluded Residential Area

Crown Point is a quiet residential area on Bequia, close to 2 lovely palm-fringed beaches, whilst also just a 7-10 minute drive from the harbour, dive shops, bars and restaurants.

This villa provides the ideal location for a relaxing vacation, close to the beach, quiet and cool but within walking distance of the main amenities on Bequia.
