Peaceful Location

Overlook Villa is a super Bequia holiday villa located on the quiet side of Friendship Bay. Those that stay here can enjoy beautiful views and privacy surrounded by private gardens with citrus and cashew trees.

Open Air Living

The upper deck open concept living / dining space is perfect for entertaining with dining table for 6 and plenty of comfortable seating to lounge in and enjoy the cool breeze with a good book and the stunning view out over Friendship Bay.

Kitchen Area

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and bright with high wooden beam ceilings. There is a breakfast bar with stools that looks out onto the upper deck living area

3 Bedrooms

The 3 bedrooms are bright and airy, with mosquito nets to keep you comfortable at night. They also enjoy the feature of high, wooden ceilings, and window shutters. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 both contain 2 singles that can be adjoined together to make Kings. Bedroom 3 is en suite and has It's own private entrance on the lower pool level.

Fabulous Pool and Outside Area

Overlook Villa has a beautifully designed sculptural pool, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi. This patio space is ideal for pool side barbecues, and here you can really relax, whilst soaking up the wonderful Bequia sunshine and the same infinite views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea below.

Friendship Bay enjoys a quietly established atmosphere with a great blend of local character and world class accommodation on this protected palm fringed bay. Hillside properties enjoy spectacular views accross the bay and out over the Caribbean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean beyond Mustique or to the Southern Grenadines beyond Isle a Quatre. There is an international restaurant on the beach and local roadside bars. Look for local working boats pulled up on the beach or anchored in this sheltered bay.
