Villa Description
Highly recommended - one of the finest locations in the Grenadines.
Princess Hill Villa has never looked better! With some lovely renovations and lovely newly refurbished Garden Suite.
Above the Best Beach on Bequia
If your looking for location, location, location plus great value Princess Hill Villa is hard to beat. The beautiful Princess Margaret Beach is just few steps along the path from the front gates. The center of the harbour takes less than fifteen minutes down the coast path accessed from the garden gate. The big win at Princess Hill Villa is it brings a stunning location at superb value.
The natural path from the garden gate leads to the Plantation House beach and connects to the Princess Point Coastal Trail, then to the Belmont Walkway. This route is just a ten to fifteen minute stroll to the Frangipani Hotel and Bequia's restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops.
The owners are always looking for ways to improve the villa and have recently added new mahogany doors throughout and have always taken great care of their property. The garden has been landscaped and well maintained. The path along to the walkway has been cut back and is in good order.
Cool and Comfortable for a Group of Six

There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and the second pool level bedroom and a king sized bed in the lower level suite. Single beds for children in the second bedroom are available on request. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Moored yachts speckle the turquoise waters of the bay and harbour below and since the villa faces west, breathtaking sunsets are commonplace.
The ever popular Jack's Bar and Grill, with It's own dinghy dock, is three minutes down private steps from the front gate. One of Bequia's other beautiful beaches, Lower Bay, is a short water taxi ride or a fifteen minute walk away, as is the busy harbour town of Port Elizabeth.
Easy Shopping in the Harbour
From the harbour one can do some food shopping, browse roadside craft stalls or sample some of Bequia's iconic bars and restaurants. A range of activities, such as diving, hiking the volcano on St Vincent or day sails to other islands in the Grenadines, including Mustique and the Tobago Cays can also be arranged.
Central Pool and Patio Area
Princess Hill Villa has an attractive central patio pool area with barbecue, hardwood pool furniture and a unique, elevated gazebo with spectacular 360 degree views. There are few better places on earth to enjoy a Caribbean sunset.
The pool, complete with night-lights, has shaded areas around it as well as plenty of room to soak up the Bequia sunshine. The roof garden, located above the garage, is a great breakfast spot or a shady place to read or catch up on e mails.
The property has good wireless internet coverage everywhere and cable tv in the living room.

Princess Margaret
This is a favourite beach for visiting yachts and has a great convivial atmosphere. Gorgeous, deep coral sand beach. Excellent swimming. Beautiful trees for shade... There's even a cave to explore! Now with a spectacular beach restaurant. Best reached either by water, there is a pretty wooden jetty for a dinghy to the harbour, or via the Belmont Walkway Coastal Path from Port Elizabeth. Above and behind the beach a handful of special houses nestle amongst the trees or on the headland. brightly painted hand made boats rest in the shade of palms and sea grape.
