Exceptional Location

Piperie is a popular Bequia villa rental, with a delightful colourful Caribbean style,  large deck areas and lovely new pool. It is situated just feet above the clear water and golden sand of Princess Margaret Beach. From here you are only a short water taxi away from Lower Bay Beach and Port Elizabeth harbour, where you can do some shopping, organise to go diving, or book onto a day sail to various locations including Mustique and the breathtaking Tobago Cays.

The swimming pool is a fantastic addition to the property - making Piperie an ideal Bequia Villa rental. The views from the pool and deck area and indeed the entire house are simply stunning.

Please note the pool and deck area is shared with guests occupying the neighbouring property Gumbo Limbo.

Kitchen Area

With a high lofted ceiling, the kitchen in Piperie is light and bright and well laid out, well equipped and enjoys plenty of surface space. Huge windows that look out onto the balcony and ocean views bring in lots of light, and add a sense of space.

Dine on the Deck

There is a lovely dining area on the verandah, so you can dine alfresco, in the cool breeze and gaze out over the yachts and headlands stepping off into the sunset.

Lovely Bedrooms, Ideal Family Villa

Piperie has three main bedrooms with air conditioning, two are set off the main deck at either side of the villafor privacy and one lower garden room  Two of the bedrooms enjoy their own private veranda areas. Each room is en suite.

+ Den

A lovely den - great for children - is accessed by natural wooden stairs above the kitchen area. This room has It's own beautiful sun deck too and some of the best views on the island. The room contains twin beds and small en suite bathroom with shower. There is no Air Con in this room - however there is always a cooling breeze running through.

Balcony and Wooden Decking

This holiday home has lots of lovely space on all the balconies as well as the wooden pool decking, all finished with a pretty, local style gingerbread trim. There is plenty of seating and space to enjoy meals, whilst you benefit from the breeze, and look out onto the beautiful views that Bequia has to offer.

Jacks Bar

From Jack's, you can enjoy cool refreshing drinks at the beach bar in the shade - this is a great feature of Princess Margaret Beach and one that has many advantages to guests renting the nearby villas.

Recommended for Wedding Groups

Piperie works well for large groups visiting Bequia for a wedding or family or friends reunion, especially when linked with other villas that are very close by, including: Gumbo LimboPrincess HillTurtlePoint and Flamingo

Beach & House towels

Bath and beach towels are available at Piperie. Please only take the beach towels to the beach not the house towels - thank you

Cleaning service

The lovely housekeeper Cas will be on hand to assist and usually visits twice per week. If you require additional cleaning / laundry etc then this can be arranged and paid for directly with Cas.
