The Gumbo Limbo Villa arguably has one of the best locations on Bequia - situated directly above the golden sand of beautiful Princess Margaret Beach with stunning views out over the bay.

Gumbo Limbo is one of 2 neighbouring villas with a shared pool overlooking Bequia's best beach - just a stroll away from the warm turquoise waters, where you can take a dip or explore some fantastic snorkeling spots. There is a wooden dinghy dock, and Jack's Beach Bar located just below the villa - great for a cool drink, or maybe a quick Speedboat trip into Admiralty Bay or the popular nearby Lower Bay Beach. The harbour town of Port Elizabeth is accessible via the coastal Belmont Walkway path which runs just below the villa all the way into the harbour.

Lovely Shared Pool

Between the 2 villas is the shared pool with lots of surrounding seating space on the wooden decking - ideal for relaxing and taking in those beautiful views.

This holiday villa has lots of typical Caribbean charm decorated in bright, fresh colours with classic gingerbread trim. This villa has it all for a superb Caribbean beach vacation.

Interior Living

The living area is open plan and comfortable, with TV and board games to keep you entertained, after a hard day of Bequia exploring! This villa is a short taxi ride (water or land taxi) or 10 minute walk from the bustling Port Elizabeth Harbour, and from here you can arrange many activities, as well as day cruises to places like the fabulous Tobago Cays, or Mustique. The living area has large double doors that open out onto the balcony with large daybed to relax on, giving a nice breeze and feeling of space. There is WiFi available on the balcony.

The open plan kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar is spacious and well equipped with all you will need during your Bequia vacation. There are large fans installed in the high beamed ceilings, to keep you cool and feeling refreshed whilst you eat. There is also a simple outside dining area.

2 double bedrooms

This Bequia villa rental has two airy, en suite bedrooms (one double and one twin room) with high wooden ceilings to keep the rooms cool along and air conditioning for those who prefer for added comfort. Both bedrooms open out onto the balcony, so you can wake up and look out onto the wonderful views of the Princess Margaret Beach.

Extra feature

Up a flight of stairs, there is a small mezzanine floor that acts as a great 'look out' with a comfortable sofa, from here you can see the beautiful sights that Bequia has to offer. This is a great little space to relax, and take in your surroundings.

Extra Bedrooms

Gumbo Limbo Upper is a great Bequia vacation base for 4 people. It can also be rented together with a self contained studio below Gumbo Limbo Studio, for a maximum of 6 people. For even larger groups the neighbouring villa Piperie for up to a total of 14 guests.

Gumbo Limbo works well for large groups visiting Bequia for a wedding or family or friends reunion, especially when linked with other villas that are very close by, including: Gumbo Limbo Studio, Piperie, Princess Hill Villa, Turtle Point and Flamingo.

Bath and beach towels are available at Gumbo Limbo. Please only take the beach towels to the beach not the house towels - thank you

Cleaning service

The lovely housekeeper Cas will be on hand to assist and usually visits twice per week. If you require additional cleaning / laundry etc then this can be arranged and paid for directly with Cas.
