Crescent Beach Estate features two recently refurbished villas; "Crescent Beach Villa" sits just above "The Beach House" on gently sloping tropical woodland in Crescent Bay.

Each villa contains 3 bedrooms, both sleeping 6 guests, allowing for a total of 12 guests amongst the estate.

The villas have been recently remodelled and refurbished, with Colonial quality furnishings and fittings all new and to high specification throughout. The Estate is situated in an elevated position overlooking Crescent Beach; a stunning coconut plantation with mature palms stretching down to the waters edge.

Comfortable Living Spaces

The floors are highly polished wood and the entire style of the interiors is based upon the Mustique model reflecting a classic colonial charm throughout. The furnishings are crisp, modern and bright and reflect the owners joy with the property.

Kitchens

The kitchens are light, spacious and well equipped with all conveniences (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. ) There is also a laundry room for each villa which can be used by guests or the housekeeper if you prefer.

Dine Alfresco

There are endless outside spaces for shaded dining areas where you can enjoy your meals, or maybe just a snack and a cocktail by the pools! If you would prefer, there is also a nice inside dining area just off the kitchen in the main top villa.

Crescent Beach Villa features 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all have en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom with Super King Bed has a delightful outdoor shower. The second double contains a Queen sized bed. The third central bedroom contains 2 twin beds.

Crescent Beach Villa - Pool Area with Dining Gazebo and Great Sea Views

The stunning infinity edge pool overlooks the ocean and is surrounded on 3 sides by cool, clean decking. A shaded gazebo sits to one side and there are stylish hardwood lounging chairs facing the pool. Foliage from the shrubs and trees in the garden surround the property and throw interesting shadows - offering a welcoming contrast to the sleek outdoor lines. Particular attention has been paid to the landscaping / garden at this property - with beautiful terracing full of colourful tropical flowers and a whole array of fruit trees.

There is also a second covered Gazebo / BBQ area which overlooks the ocean and is ideal for a quiet sunset cocktail or entertaining get together.

The Beach House - Lower Villa

On the upper level there is one double en suite bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, Sundecks and the turquoise waters of Crescent Bay beyond.

The Lower level features 2 double en suite bedrooms as well as a further beautifully refreshing dipping pool with views over the beach and bay.

The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, french windows leading out to the balconies and have recently been refurbished to a high spec. Each bed has a tempur mattress, and all the bedding / pillows / duvets are allergy free with 100% cotton linen.

The Beach House - Pool Areas with Stunning Bay Views

The Beach House at Crescent Beach features two separate pools; sat in amongst the upper level outside spaces is a long lap pool, and on the lower level there is a refreshing dipping pool. overlooking the whole beach and bay.

Daily Maid Services at the Estate

There is inclusive maid service every 3rd day or available daily if required for small extra cost. The maid & house manager reside nearby and are on call as much or as little as you wish.
