A spacious terrace sweeps around the villa offering an lovely area for outdoor dining with a bbq, outdoor shower and sun loungers whilst the infinity pool provides ultimate views of the ocean.

The 3 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and living area flow naturally into one serene space that in turn leads out onto the terrace, infinity pool, dining area and the private air-conditioned gym below.

Entertainment

Though only a minute or so drive from the restaurants and shops of Belmont and Port Elizabeth, the villa offers a wide variety of home entertainment. The living area has flat screen TV, DVD and Cable television.

Ocean Sports and Activities

The villas central location offers good proximity to the beach (3 minute drive) and has snorkeling equipment for your private use. Kayaking and windsurfing equipment (with private tuition if required) is available on request. The private air-conditioned gym below the villa has a small multi-gym, treadmill, cross-trainer machine, two-way bike, free weights, dumbbells etc. and is accessible via the terrace (gym is shared between Octopus Villa 1 and 2).
