Tamanda House has stunning views and an ideal location on the Bequia Estate.

It is a modern house with beautiful sea views over the harbour at Admiralty Bay and lovely sunsets from the generous sized terrace.

This house is within easy reach of the bars, restaurants and amenities at Port Elizabeth and also near to the two best beaches on the island.

Tamanda House can also be rented in conjunction with the sightly smaller lower apartment, providing two or four bedroom accommodation.

Traditional Island Style

The house is in a locally built style with wooden beamed high ceilings and decorative outside wooden gingerbread fretwork.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, with ensuite bathrooms, large wardrobe space, mosquito nets and fans.

The front master bedroom overlooks the beautiful Admiralty bay with a door opening onto the terrace

There is a small tropical garden with humming birds and butterflies.

Spacious and practical interior

There is a good sized open plan lounge/kitchen diner with flat screen cable television and a good Wi-fi connection.

The lounge has french doors opening onto the terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large cooker, microwave and fridge freezer and coffee making facilities with a dining area which also opens out onto the terrace.

Due to its elevation the property is not suitable for children under the age of six years.

A central location on the island this is an established area above the Belmont Waterfront Walkway. The shore side is a relaxing and social area with sandy restaurants...yachts at anchor... children playing...a friendly fun area. Home to Bequia's longest established Hotels,the Frangipani the Whaleboner and the Gingerbread. There are small wooden jetties and its the place to stroll along the shore to Port Elizabeth or past the Dive shops to Princess Margaret Beach just over the headland. Houses and villas here enjoy panoramic views over Admiralty Bay, the finest harbour in the Windwards with visiting yachts form all over the world. The sunsets are breathtaking.
