Bellwood Falls is a recently refurbished and improved home located on the west coast of Bequia in Belmont overlooking Admiralty Bay - just a short drive from Port Elizabeth harbour. The convenient location at the end of a quiet lane with just a handful of houses, affords a peaceful, secluded spot where you can truly relax and unwind.

The House is set amongst an acre of lush establish tropical woodland and includes a range of fruits trees such as Lime Trees, Mango, Cinnamon, Plum, Coconut, Banana, Papaya and beautiful Bougainvillea etc - virtually a full orchard.

The elevated location offers lovely cooling breezes and of course those simply mesmerising panoramic views from West Cay right across to Port Elizabeth.

Comfortable Living

The living area is homely and well equipped with all you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable island experience. The open plan design offers maximum light into the property as well as breathtaking views over the bay. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the property.

This relaxing home includes cable tv, wifi, and a local cell phone for convenience.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with the usual appliances: gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster,mixer, juicer etc… There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine which guests are welcome to use, so you can pack light for a stay at Bellwood Falls!

2 Large Bedrooms

The Main bedroom contains a four posted bed, en suite shower This room is air conditioned and also has ceiling fan so you can be assured a comfortable night no matter your preference.

Bedroom 2 has the option of a king bed or 2 twins, shower room and ceiling fan. All windows are fully screened for nocturnal comfort!

Additional One bedroom Annexed Apartment below, available for extra 2 guests

Newly built in 2020, the lower one bedroom apartment has it's own veranda with views over Admiralty Bay, a newly fitted kitchen. King or twin beds with en-suite shower and fans.

Large Salt Water Swimming Pool

The recently installed 24ft state of the art saline pool and large deck area is a super place to relax and cool off after a hard day exploring the beautiful range of quiet beaches that Bequia has to offer.

Villa Management

Bellwood Falls is run by an experienced and professional house team who are on hand to assist with all aspects of your stay, from arrival provisions to excursion recommendations… Housekeeping is provide once a week however further visits can easily be arranged if required for a small additional cost.

Security systems

Not required on Bequia... but installed for guests security and peace of mind. 24/7 CCTV, steel burglar bars to all windows, 5 lever mortice deadlocks, and wall mounted combination coded safe for valuables.
