2 Spacious Bedrooms

The two large bedrooms open out onto a joint balcony with the same great views over the yachts in the bay.

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and the adjoining 2nd bedroom - which in keeping with the whole house is very spacious - contains 2 large twin beds.

Both bedrooms share the large family bathroom and are kept cool by the circulation of the windward breezes through the ceiling ventilation spaces they share (the rooms are open right up to the lofted ceiling space which is great for ventilation - but not so good for privacy as sound can travel more easily between the rooms).

The good sized freeform pool is also accessed from this level of the house - surrounded by lovely palms for privacy, this is a great space to relax and enjoy a dip.

A study which can easily accommodate an extra guest on the lower level of the house has access to a toilet and allows 13 Degrees to comfortably accommodate 5 guests.

Large living areas balcony, gardens & sheltered conservatory area

Guests will enjoy the al fresco dining taken on the large balcony with fabulous views. The well equipped kitchen is a good size and has direct access to the exterior courtyard / BBQ area - a shady space surrounded by palms, foliage and a small herb garden.
