There are no near neighbours and the villa sits amongst fruit trees in a manicured garden within an acre of land. The apartment is located on the villas lower level, closer to the private beach and is comprised of 3600 sq ft.

Private Lower Apartment

The beach level there is a lovely private apartment - which enables guests seeking a little more privacy or staff traveling with guests to stay in. From this apartment you have direct access to the lawns and beach just yards away. The apartment is a large space with It's own deck and access right onto the beach with en suite shower and toilet, self contained kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

Beachfront

A wide stretch of thick soft sand sweeps across the front of the property - inviting you in for a cooling dip. The property is ideal for those wishing to get back to nature and swim, dive, take to a paddle board or boat. Moorings and anchoring is available in the waters and our team can provide more info on these for you on request.

The apartment is located on the lower level of the house where there is a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom. A laundry room is also located on this level.

There is cable TV with 69 channels and plenty of room for guests to kick back, relax and enjoy the quiet location and stunning views. Guests will be provided with a few basic provisions such as tea, milk, bread and butter. Pre-provisioning, chef and meal preparation services are all available at an additional cost.
