Tikohi Villa Fort Jeudy, Grenada Island, Grenada

Inspired by its name, Tikohi,  meaning “to gather together”, is a beautiful waterfront villa designed around relaxed island living and time spent with family and friends.

Set on one of Grenada’s most picturesque inlets, Tikohi offers an idyllic combination of privacy, tropical surroundings and direct access to the sea. Days can be spent swimming in the villa’s private pool, relaxing on the sun-drenched pool deck, snorkelling in the clear waters of the bay or taking one of the kayaks out to explore the coastline. A small black-sand beach lies just below the villa, providing another lovely spot to enjoy the water and surrounding scenery.

Arriving at the villa, a charming entrance with a vaulted ceiling crafted from Caribbean timber leads into the heart of the home - an expansive open-plan outdoor living and dining area. Designed to embrace the tropical climate, this sociable space is ideal for lingering over long lunches, evening drinks and relaxed dinners with the sound of the sea in the background.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the main living area and includes a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven and grill, hob, microwave and drip coffee maker. For quieter moments, there is also a separate indoor TV room.

Beyond the living spaces, a lily pond and elegant teak boardwalk lead towards the pool terrace. Here, guests can dine alfresco or simply unwind on the sun loungers and outdoor seating while enjoying views across the gardens towards the water. A BBQ makes the pool deck particularly well suited to relaxed Caribbean evenings.

Steps lead down towards the waterfront, where a small gazebo sits beside the dock. From here, guests can swim out into deeper water, enjoy a spot of snorkelling or launch the villa’s kayaks for an adventure along the coast. An outdoor shower is conveniently positioned for rinsing off after a swim or day on the water.

Bedrooms

The accommodation is arranged around the central living spaces, with every bedroom enjoying an ocean view, air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom.

The main house offers three bedrooms. Two are located on one side of the villa, including the principal bedroom with a King-sized bed, while the adjoining bedroom features a queen bed. Across the living areas is a third bedroom with another King bed. 

Set separately from the main house, the charming cottage provides two additional bedrooms - one with a King-sized bed and the other with a queen - making Tikohi particularly well suited to larger families or groups of friends travelling together.

Housekeeping is provided three times per week, allowing guests to settle into an easy, carefree rhythm throughout their stay.

A dedicated laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, sink, additional deep freezer, iron and ironing board.

Location

Tikohi enjoys a peaceful waterfront setting while remaining conveniently located for exploring Grenada. Grand Anse Beach and St George's are approximately a 20minute drive away, giving guests easy access to the island’s restaurants, beaches, shops and attractions while returning to the tranquillity of the villa at the end of the day.
