Located just 200 yards from the shore of St Vincent, Young Island is a private island resort with just 19 Superior Cottages set amidst 35 acres of lush tropical vegetation. This private island offers an idyllic getaway with some of the best beaches and hospitality in the area. A 25 minute taxi ride from the airport on St. Vincent, and a 2 minute 'voyage' on the island ferry across the clearest water you will ever have seen brings you to the beautiful tropical beaches of Young Island.

Superior Cottage

The Superior Cottages are located nearest the beach, shoreline, and low on the hillside. Most are freestanding but some are interconnected and can be booked together.

Superior Cottage Facilities

All the Superior Cottages have comfortable King size beds (twins on request), open air garden showers and private patios. All Cottages include a small refrigerator, hair dryer, digital safe, and ceiling fan. Additional amenities include coffee maker, and electric tea kettle.

The Restaurant and Island Bars

The island boasts a restaurant where delicious local and continental dishes are served under gazebos on the beach and 2 relaxing bars. The lounge bar serves delicious sundowners on the waterfront whilst the Coconut Bar serves delicious drinks and cocktails, straight out of the coconut shells floating in the bay.

Island Activities

Laze in a hammock on the beach, take a dip in the lagoon style freshwater pool or take advantage of all our watersports opportunities. We have kayaks, pedalos, dinghies, windsurfing, snorkeling and scuba diving equipment for you as well as 2 x 44 ft sailing yachts. The island is characterized by it's lush tropical vegetation and beautiful clear beaches.

Spa Services

Young Island has it's own bespoke spa offering a variety of island treatments using local tropical oils.

St. Vincent

Only a few minutes ferry ride away the island has a rugged, tropical landscape crisscrossed by stunning cascading waterfalls and beautiful tropical rainforest. The island of Bequia can be visited by ferry or Speedboat, simply contact the Grenadines Collection Team, who will be happy to arrange this for you.
