Rolanda's Waterside Apartment Grand Anse, Grenada Island, Grenada

Beautiful, spacious apartment in stunning location. This upper floor apartment is part of an old house set in one acre of garden and land adjoining the sea, just to the north of Grand Anse. It has It's own completely private entrance and benefits from a very large veranda from which you can enjoy the sunset and views of the ocean. Large bedroom; en suite bathroom; living room and kitchen/diner. Please note air-conditioning charged according to usage.

The space

A separate outside staircase leads up to the first floor apartment with It's own private entrance, off the veranda. The apartment is the whole of the upper floor of the house, with high ceilings and ceiling fans - and a/c charged extra according to usage. Large bedroom; living room; hallway; kitchen. The very large veranda gets the afternoon sun and allows guests to enjoy the sun setting over the ocean.

Guest access

Guests have free access to the one acre of mature garden and land, with an extensive seafront. A variety of fruit trees are found at the property, along with herbs and spices.

Interaction with guests

There will be a host available during your stay to answer any questions or deal with any issues that arise.

Other things to note

There is access to the sea from our own private shorefront; Grand Anse beach is a ten minute walk along the road and the "private" south end of Pandy beach is a short walk - and a bit of a scramble - away. Port Louis and the lagoon is within easy walking distance and the very regular bus service no. 1 runs north to St. Georges and south to Grand Anse from just by the house.

The garden contains many fruit trees, herbs and spices. We are told that there is a wonderful reef just offshore from the property.
