Pelicans Villa has been named after the creatures that can been seen on the beach at the button of the lane by the villa. This property is beautiful and well positioned so guests can stroll down a shady lane a few yards to a near deserted sandy beach, known locally as Tom's Bay. Clear, shallow water, perfect for families, for swimming and snorkeling and extremely relaxing forming the background sounds during your stay on Carriacou.

Quiet Peaceful Neighbourhood

Craigston is a very quiet residential area, just above the main town of Hillsborough and overlooking the ocean this is a desirable location with very little noise or traffic. On island guests can use the local taxis, the regular bus route or even hire a car but are never far from a beach as the island is surrounded by lovely unspoilt bays and sandy beaches.

Well Maintained Property with Style

Pelicans has enjoyed many favourable reviews, guests loathed to recommend it too highly for fear that they won't be able to rebook. The house is well maintained and kept in good order with comfortable furniture, jalousie louvred windows to help keep the villa cool and elegant under the caribbean sun. A lovely mature garden surrounds the property which is fenced and gated. There are board games and books at the villa. all designed to help guests get away from it all and relax.

Perfect for 2,4 or 6 Guests

At the ground floor level there is a self contained apartment with a twin bedroom cooled via AC opening onto a lovely relaxing verandah overlooking the garden and pool. This is perfect as it offers an added degree of privacy for 2 who may be part of a larger family group. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds. The bedrooms share a very spacious bathroom and the main living space is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen fabulous views out across the wide verandah to the pool and garden below and ocean beyond.

Ideal Island Base for Exploring & Escaping

Pelicans is perfectly located as a base from where guests can explore the island and It's beaches, gain access to the ferry and visit other Grenadine Islands nearby. It is also a perfect place to escape to, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, relax in the pool, enjoy cooking local fish on the BBQ, wander down to the beach, read a book on the verandah.

Well Connected, Cool and Well Equipped

The bedrooms have ceiling fans on the upper level and are also cooled by the trade winds, the lower bedroom has AC and the verandahs help maintain a cool relaxing environment between inside and out. There is WiFi, a CD player, a telephone and the maid service is twice weekly.

Plunge Pool, BBQ & Superb Staff Services

A lovely kidney shaped pool is nestled at the back of the villa where guests can also enjoy cooking at the BBQ. As part of the rental fee guests will be met at the airport or ferry port and taken to the villa where they will be welcomed by the Housekeeper.
