Frangipani Garden Cottage is a cosy, self contained building located in the same grounds as the main Frangipani Villa.

Each can be rented independently or combined for a total of 5 bedrooms.

Rentals of the Cottage are accepted up to 30 days prior to intended arrival only provided that the Main Villa is not rented.

Frangipani Villa & Cottage are completely gated for privacy and are elegantly appointed with custom furnishings, new pool and deck plus a greenhouse where guests can enjoy fresh produce. Cottage rentals have full use of the pool, upstairs deck with seating, covered pagoda, barbeque, and laundry facilities.

This delightful cottage has 2 large refurbished, double bedrooms enjoying  high quality bed linens, tile work and custom furnishings. The bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The interior reflects the styling and quality of a contemporary boutique hotel.

The villa offers guests a high speed internet connection, air conditioning and an extensive library of books and DVDs.

Plunge Pool & Sun Deck

The villas stunning ocean views across Hillsborough Bay are best enjoyed from the sundeck and plunge pool furnished with comfortable loungers and the occasional cocktail.

Within easy walking distance to either of 2 beaches and just under 2 miles from town and the airport. A side gate through the gardens leads to a track through the trees to Tom's Bay and the near-deserted half mile beach at Sparrow Bay is also conveniently accessible nearby. Boasting expansive views of the bay, town, Sandy Island and other nearby deserted islands.
