Peaceful Location

Santa Maria is charming villa, beautifully situated in the quiet private valley of Spring. The views are fantastic over the valley and coconut plantation, and you can see out to the enchanting island of Balliceaux. Due to it's location lower down in the Estate, one can easily stroll down to Spring Bay for a walk along the shore or a dip in the turquoise ocean.

Stylish Lounge Area

Much care and consideration has been given to the imported furnishings at Santa Maria, and lots of attention to detail results in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, especially in the large lounge area on the first floor which opens right out onto the balcony for those lovely views. The interior design in this area is stylish and fun, and there are big, comfortable sofas to unwind on. A flat screen Cable TV and Wifi internet are provided.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The open plan kitchen / dining room is located on the ground floor of the villa. The kitchen is a good size, and is very well equipped with all usual appliances and with plenty of surface space to prepare delicious Caribbean dinners. There is a microwave, oven, huge fridge freezer with ice machine, juicer & bread maker etc. The attached dining room is also spacious with a large dining table in the center, and again big double doors that open out onto the balcony, letting in a cool breeze as you dine.

There is also an outside dining area on the pool deck by the BBQ as well as upstairs on the balcony if you prefer to dine al fresco.

Air Conditioned for your comfort

Air conditioning has been installed in each of the 3 bedrooms so you can escape those hotter days or of course just open up for the lovely flowing sea breeze this east coast property affords. All windows are fully screened for mosquitoes.

3 Peaceful Bedrooms

Villa Santa Maria has 3 good sized bedrooms, with high wooden ceilings and decorated in calm, refreshing colours. All 3 rooms are en suite and have mosquito nets, fans and air conditioning to keep you comfortable at night. Two of the rooms contain queen beds with the third containing 2 single beds. Relaxing spaces in which to recharge your batteries, ready for the next day of your Bequia vacation.

Fabulous pool area

Perhaps the best attraction of Santa Maria is the wonderful natural stone pool deck area. There are sun loungers, so you can relax with a cool drink, and soak up the sunshine. There is also seating, and table space where you can enjoy a quick snack or BBQ by the pool. The views from the pool are also lovely, and from here you can really appreciate the surrounding tropical gardens.

If you feel like some time in the shade, Santa Maria also has a large balcony off the main upper floor living area with stylish seating and a cool breeze.

The lush tropical gardens are well worth a mention, with an array of fruit trees you are welcome to enjoy! (Bananas oranges, coconuts, grapefruit etc. )

Regarding power outlets at the property, The wiring is 220V and all use a 3-pin plug. However, there is an adapter to accommodate other plugs.
