Island View is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood right behind the harbour town of Port Elizabeth. In just a 5 minute stroll you can be right in the heart of the friendly, bustling market stalls and shops. The Belmont walkway with bars & restaurants, cafe and access to Princess Margaret Beach is just a 5-10 minute walk.

Living & Relaxing Space

Island View is a new property, well proportioned and fully equipped with everything you may need. The living room is large and cool with sofas, and large flat screen TV (with Netflix). All open plan with the dining area and kitchen which opens out to the front porch and those special harbour views. The kitchen is very well equipped, with oven and grill, American style fridge /freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all cooking utensils.

3 peaceful bedrooms

Island View has three double bedrooms: 1 King en suite and 2 queens which share a bathroom. Again these rooms are all large, spacious rooms. The master bedroom at the front of the house has walk in wardrobe.

Well Connected

Island View is well equipped with flat screen Netflix TV, and wireless internet, so you can keep up with home whilst you are away at your island paradise.

There is a wonderful selection of restaurants and relaxing waterfront bars and cafes. The town is friendly and busy with fresh fish straight from the boat and vegetables at the Rasta vegetable market.
