The self contained upper floor apartment has 1 en suite bedroom with a large double with mosquito net over the bed and large retro freestanding fan and wall fan. The floors are cool polished wood and the walls are uncluttered and decorated in light earth tones. The spacious verandah offers beautiful views over the bays beneath and welcomes in the refreshing windward breezes. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, both air conditioned with lovely views from their private verandahs. The lower bedrooms are located next to each other and each has private bathrooms. There is a double bed and a pair of twins which can be made into a double when pushed together.

South Facing & Tranquil Location

This 3 bedroom Villa is perfectly located on the south facing hillside of the island, giving those that stay here plenty of sunshine throughout the day, in a tranquil and relaxing environment. The balconies offer breathtaking views over the entire bay.

Views over Admiralty & Princess Margaret Bays

Barbara Villa boasts commanding views of the whole of Admiralty Bay. Water taxis are readily available to take you to the beautiful white sandy Bequia beaches, such as the Princess Margaret and lower Bay, villa  guests will be close to shops, restaurants and bars.

* Please note that there is some construction on one of the plots a little distance away from the villa. This will not be in place over the Christmas holiday -but may be some construction activity for early part of 2016 - if in any concern regarding this please do contact our team so we can clarify the program of works.*

Shutters, Warm Wood, Baskets & Rattan

The villa interior is comfortable, cool and filled with natural textures and shades. There are comfortable sofas, scattered with cushions, high ceilings, a breakfast bar with high stools and a dining area, all close to the welcoming balconies and those fabulous views.

Well Equipped Kitchen & Cool Bathroom

Each floor has well equipped kitchens with the same lovely views and dining table. There is a Barbeque grill to enjoy some tasty al fresco dinners. The private bathrooms have been well designed and features contemporary fittings in cool, neutral shades.

Swimming Pool

this villa has a delightful pool to the west of the house with excellent harbour and bay views, which is shared by the guests if all both upper and lower are occupied. If the whole villa is booked in It's entirety or just one part alone then the pool is obviously private for those guests during their stay.

Well Located

Though located on a steep hill, car hire would be recommended and easily arranged via the Grenadines team. This villa is only a 3 minute walk from the waterfront beneath and only a 5 minute walk from the harbour and all the dive shops, restaurants and bars.

Amenities

A local cell phone is available for guests to use throughout their stay Wireless internet is also available for those wishing to stay in touch throughout their vacation. The 2 lower bedrooms are air conditioned. The 3rd bedroom on the upper level with high lofted ceilings has a standing fan & wall fan and Mosquito net for ultimate comfort at night. The property is wired for both 110 & 220V appliances for your convenience.
