White Sands Villas are a collection of idyllic, luxuriously furnished air-conditioned villas & cottages situated in a secluded and exclusive area of St. Vincent known as Ratho Mill.

Right above a Peaceful Beach

The Luxury Dock Cottage is the original White Sands building located right above the water and small dock below. There is a small peaceful beach which is  accessed from a few steps directly off the cottages deck. The large decking area to the front and both sides of the cottage is the ideal place to relax in the breeze, read a book perhaps and listen to the waves lapping on the shore.   There is a large section of the deck with built in seating and cushions -ideal for a relaxing cool off after a day enjoying the island or exploring the coastline in the double kayak available for guests use.  Around 25 minutes from the new airport and 15 minutes to the capital, Kingstown, White Sands is located on the peninsula overlooking the yachts in the bay.

AC in both bedrooms and fans and the property is right over the water so keeps cool

The cottage contains 2 en suite bedrooms of a similar size (the Master contains a King sized bed and the second room contains a double) both are furnished to modern & tasteful standard.

Open Plan living area with Great views from the deck

The kitchen / dining / living area is all open plan with large windows and doors which lead out to the deck. The kitchen is very well equipped with hob, oven, large US style fridge / freezer and all usual appliances.

A portable Gas BBQ is also available.

When you are not experiencing the island, cook in your modern, compact kitchen and dine on your private veranda watching the stars &listening to the ocean.
