The windows look out onto a gentle sloping garden laid to lawn with shrubs and delicious fresh mangoes, when in season.

The shady verandah facing the ocean is the perfect place to relax and spend your lazy days. wide and cool, tiled and comfortable and offers the ideal location for an evening cocktail or two. The comfortable living area has HDTV with Cable and Wifi internet throughout the property. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are also provided.

Peaceful Gardens In Quiet Residential Area

Ratho Mill is close to Blue Lagoon Marina and offers views over the bay. There is a beach at Blue Lagoon and there are shops and restaurants close to the lagoon. The villa itself is nestled amongst properties in a quiet residential district, a perfect base for a holiday in the islands. A great selection of Restaurants can be accessed on foot in just a 5 to 10 minute stroll.

Well Equipped Kitchen with Views

The kitchen is uncluttered but well equipped, has lots of storage and food preparation space. There is a blender, microwave, dishwasher,freezer, oven and gas stove. A washing machine & dryer is also available for guests use.

Lovely Family House

This house would be perfect for a couple and a small group. The balcony around the terrace is quite open and may be dangerous for smaller children unless particular care is taken. Recommended for children over 5 years. A Guardsman Alarm system has recently been installed for added security.
