This property can be rented as a 7 bedroom villa but the rates system is tiered so you can pay just for the rooms you use. This is one of the handful of larger Bequia villa rental properties that are good property for groups, wishing to have some private areas.

Location

Sadewa is a quiet retreat set in the hills overlooking Spring Bay- quiet, private and peaceful - a great place to stay on Bequia. This is a really lovely location, and the views are fantastic.

Living area

The Living areas are cool and comfortable, with lovely furnishings and high ceilings.  There is plenty of light, and these are great spaces to unwind after a day spent snorkeling, divingor simply soaking up the Bequia sunshine!  There are board games, iPod docking stations, Sound system, TV with DVD, WiFi internet. There is both 220v and 110v available at this villa.

Kitchen and dining area

Once you step into the kitchen you'll realize that Sadewa was designed for the most demanding of vacationers. With enough room to host an entire family all at once, the kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. It comes equipped with all the modern appliances that you will need;stainless steel 5 burner stove, double door stainless steel fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave,and toaster to name a few. This is truly a chef's kitchen. The villa's serenity is accentuated by the open air dining room that overlooks the infinity edge swimming pool.

Sadewa Villa is a seven bedroom, ten thousand square feet, premium vacation villa in Bequia,The Grenadines. The villa is designed to host large parties of 14 or more guests, and still be intimate enough for a couples retreat. Most bedrooms are 400 to 600 square feet in size and contain large, en suite bathrooms, queen sized beds, and lounging area. The property consists of two levels overlooking a beautiful bay with the majority of rooms and facilities on the upper level.

The bedrooms all have big windows that let in plenty of light, and the rooms have a calm atmosphere to them. the interior design is fresh and contemporary, so in these rooms you can relax in style. hair dryers are provided

Infinity pool and private Sundecks

One of the best features of Sadewa is the luxurious infinity pool and poolside area with fantastic views over Spring Bay. The pool side area is a good size, and you can relax on one of the sun loungers in style,taking in your surroundings. There are also private Sundecks for each side of Sadewa - perfect areas in which to relax and work on your tan! There is also a small shaded dining area by The pool. Sadewa Villa also has It's own private parking area large enough for 3 vehicles. PLEASE NOTE this property has a long high season from 1st November to 1st May so summer rates only apply 1st May to 31st October Usually we can negotiate a 20% discount for Summer rates.
