Reservoir Apartment is a superbly placed property ideal as a central base for Bequia.

The property has a lovely cool feel as it is the lower apartment. There is a large shaded terrace with a table for dining - this area is very private as the property is at the end of the lane so has a very private atmosphere.

The property is at the base of a lovely lush tropical hillside and there is beautiful bird song. There are tropical palms in the garden and well kept property.

Two Light and Airy Bedrooms

The property has two nice size bedrooms one is a full double with wardrobe and chest of draws and the second room provides two equal single beds - they are not designed to be zipped together but the beds can of course be pushed together if guests prefer.

The rooms are lovely and bright.

The property is all on one level but there are a couple of steps up to the large verandah.

Open plan kitchen

The property has a superb kitchen area - lovely easy to use equipment and a nice clean crisp feel. The property has a breakfast bar area for casual dining but there is also a larger dining area as well as a nice alfresco dining area on the shady terrace.

Easy parking and foot access

Reservoir apartment has wonderfully easy access  - it is almost level stroll into the town. There are no steep slopes and you can park and turn your vehicle easily outside the apartment.

Security

The property has full security gates which you can use if you wish.
