Morne Rouge Beach is located just south of Grand Anse beach but is much calmer, smaller and with only one hotel much quieter.

Mahogany Run is a small complex of Italian designed condominiums with breathtaking views and beautiful gardens They are all privately owned for personal and rental use . There is a security guard at night although this is a safe and very quiet exclusive area . The gated steps down to the beach make this very safe for children and very quiet . For those who want to totally chill out but be not that far from nightlife, restaurants, shops and activities, this is the perfect place for a holiday.

This spacious property offers 3 bedrooms, 1 extra large double, a twin room with bunk and twin beds that sleeps a total of 4 and another twin bedroom on the ground floor - in total accommodating up to 8 guests.

This Apartment is Vast - Originally Three Apartments Converted into One

All the bedrooms have their own individual cable TV each with 50 channels. The rooms are light and thoughtfully decorated with masses of space and are interconnected by 2 separate staircases, one traditional and one spiral. The kitchen and dining area is large and very well equipped.

On the first floor, 1 queen bedroom and 1 x 4 bedded with en suite bathrooms, two lounges, dining area, and a vast balcony with spectacular views of the beach, bay headlands and sunsets. On the ground floor, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, utility room, large kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining room, patio area with BBQ.

Morne Maison has a DVD player, masses of reading matter and a large collection of films on DVD and CD, a TV and large selection of books. A family holiday home used frequently during the year by the owners' family and friends.

Private Gate to the Beach

With It's own private path access to the Morne Rouge Beach. Yards of balconies offer additional venues for relaxing and dining with sun loungers and a BBQ also available for guests.

A Warm Welcome

A welcome tray of a bottle of champagne, tea, milk, sugar, juice and biscuits are provided for arrival. Starter groceries can be purchased prior to your arrival, if requested (reimbursement for which is payable locally to the house staff).

Daily Cook & Maid Service Available

If you wish Diana, the friendly housekeeper and cook will greet you each morning with a cup of tea or coffee and then continue to serve delicious Caribbean meals up to 6 days of the week leaving a well equipped kitchen for you to create your own dishes if you prefer to self cater.

Diana is happy to prepare and cook breakfast and lunch as she arrives at 7.30am. As she leaves at 2.30 she can prepare an evening meal but may not be available to cook and serve it. Diana does not work on Sundays.

Cost for any groceries, cooking, shopping, personal laundry & ironing is payable directly to Diana.

Public Transport Nearby

There is a bus which stops right outside the condo the Housekeeper can advise you no the exact schedule - it is useful service. There is a more frequent service just a 15 minute walk at main bus stop. Diana our housekeeper can advise you of the various buses.

Sunsets & Snorkelling

With beautiful sunsets and the Morne Rouge Beach full of fish and lobster, this property is ideal for those of love snorkelling and scuba diving. The beach and sea are just minutes away from the gate at the button of the garden. this properties location is unbeatable.

Final Notes

This home is huge with numerous sitting areas, a balcony that runs the length of the property and unique views over the beach, the bay and the far headlands from where you can sit with your cocktail and watch the spectacular sunsets.

It is a family holiday home used frequently during the year by the owners' family and friends.

The kitchen and dining area is large and very well equipped. There is also an upstairs dining area romantically overlooking the bay for candlelight meals when the children are in bed!

Smoking only allowed on balcony.
