Upper level - open plan kitchen & lounge area, a queen bedroom with bathroom area and with a small side terrace with views over Brighton Beach. Lower level - accessed via both internal & external stairs, contains a spacious bedroom / artists studio with good sized covered deck capturing sea views, bathroom & laundry area to rear.

Villa Facilities

Laundry and maid services can be arranged. The apartment is well equipped but designed with a simple approach to your holiday. This is the place to leave the stresses and strains of a complicated existence behind you. The best things about this apartment are It's proximity to the beach and the quality of light surrounding it. The grocery shop is 10 minutes walk by the main road. This spot is ideal for both professionals wanting to get away from it all or artists needing mental space.

St. Vincent

This is where the Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. The island is a rugged tropical haven characterized by cascading waterfalls, lush palm trees, warm sea breezes and beaches ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling.
