The villa has undergone a complete facelift in 2024 - with brand new pool and dining deck, refitted bathrooms, fresh linens, furniture and fresh bright paint along with all natural materials. A cool, calm building in every sense of the word, with spacious open plan rooms & high airy ceilings. The trade wind ocean breezes help regulate the temperature here to the perfect degree. The wonderful pool and sundeck is a superb addition giving this property everything you could need for a truly relaxing getaway.

This property is unique in it's complete seclusion and serenity. Splendid beaches and beautiful woodlands surround the property on all sides. The house is off the main grid and solely powered by the sun and wind providing a truly green eco experience. The main entrance is finished in a local stone and windows are encased by beautiful wooden shutters.

The upper living area is cool, elegant and finished in a classical colonial style. The shuttered doors / windows offer maximum light into the property as well as breathtaking views over Park Bay and the Grenadine Islands. The seating, upholstery and fittings have all been selected for elegance and comfort. Kitchen and Dining Area

The main kitchen is lovely and bright, very well equipped with dining table suitable for 8, all cooled by the windward sea breezes. The large doors open from the inside dining area onto the beautiful veranda surrounding 2 sides of the house.  

Capacious Villa recommending 9 guests maximum

This extensive house can sleep up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. The perfect place for an extended family holiday. All 4 bedrooms have lovely shuttered windows, comfortable beds dressed in cool, elegant bed linens.  The property is spacious and relaxing even when fully occupied. The 2 upstairs bedrooms, a King Master suite plus a Twin bedroom, each have their own bathroom.

An antique hand-carved four-poster king size bed and an en suite bathroom makeup the master suite with obligatory stunning seascape views and doors opening directly onto the veranda. The second bedroom has beautiful mahogany twin beds, with bathroom.

2 Bedrooms Downstairs with Easy Pool Deck Access

The 2 lower level bedrooms both contain Queen beds plus there is an alcove with additional twin bed, ideal for a child.

High Quality Linens and Mattresses

All beds are fitted with high-quality mattresses and fine linens, providing luxurious comfort and a relaxing, cool environment for peaceful, rejuvenating sleep.

Pool Terrace & BBQ Area

With a lovely large dining area and BBQ this is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing lunch / dinner.
