The main section of Moringa is laid out over one level - perfect for easy living. There is a spacious living / kitchen area with high lofted ceilings, an air conditioned media room with 47 inch flat screen TV, Sonar system, DVDs, Books and Board games and football table. (110v adapters are available if required).

2 additional bedroom suites and an enormous games room with comfy seating and a kitchen / bar area makes for very easy living for up to 10 guests. The lower floor has equally spectacular ocean views.

Moringa also has a sophisticated security system throughout the house for complete peace of mind.

5 Calm, Relaxing Bedrooms

Moringa has 5 air conditioned king bedrooms (two can have twin beds) all with en suite bathrooms, walk in closets, sumptuous dressing gowns. On the main house level there are 3 king rooms each with a small alcove with an additional bed for smaller children if required.

On the Garden level there are 2 king en suite bedrooms. The Main house level is accessed via a stunning grand scale spiral staircase into the heart of the main terrace. Each bedroom has access to the wide covered terrace with the extensive ocean views. Games Room and Sitting room on the lower deck is super for relaxing in the day after the beach.

Personal safes large enough for laptops are located in each bedroom.

Stunning Infinity Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is a generous size at 34 ft long by 16 ft wide and 4.7 ft deep (NOT for diving). Both the pool and the expansive pool deck offer the stunning views.

There is also a full kitchenette by the pool area containing; fridge / dishwasher / 2 electric hot plates / sink / kettle, Gas BBQ unit and separate washroom; An ideal area for entertaining.

Lush Tropical Gardens

The gardens are beautifully cared for along with seasonal Papaya trees filling the courtyard. The magical Moringa Tree is in abundance.

There is also a large lawned area in front of the house which is ideal for older children to enjoy games / fly kites etc.
