The third bedroom also ensuite is on the lower level with plenty of space to relax and enjoy privacy away from the main level.

The property is completely private with lush tropical grounds - well established and breezy elevation is very welcome as the pool deck is enjoys full sun.

The vast sun patio leads right off the living room area with ample seating in the shade to enjoy outdoor dining or simply be close to those who are enjoying the sun and pool.   A few steps down and you can cool off in the pool and enjoy the the magnificent views. 
The views from the patio & pool are really breathtaking.

20 Min drive to the shops, Banks and some of the larger beaches Grenada has to offer. A handy mini Mrket is located just 5 mins drive from the house.
