Grenada Gold Apartments are a small set of modern, well-equipped apartment suites conveniently located in Grand Anse and set back from the road for privacy.

Within walking distance to the supermarket, and just 3-5 minutes drive from four fantastic beaches. Dr Grooms, Pink Gin, Magazine & Grand Anse Beach. Located on the bus route, within easy reach of True Blue, shops, bars, restaurants, and St. George's University campus, and just minutes from Maurice Bishop International Airport.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen—stove, fridge, microwave, and all cooking and dining utensils—dining table and chairs, comfortable lounge area with sofa and coffee table.

Care has been taken to provide comfortable beds from the IKEA deluxe range, as well as modern sun-block blinds. All bathrooms have a power shower. In the lounge is a flat-screen TV with over 25 cable channels.

The apartment has air-conditioned bedrooms and It's own private verandah & shared yard. Linens and towels are provided for you.

The famous Grand Anse Beach, with over two miles of white sand, is close by.

Our local vegetable stand, a Catholic church, a small café/bar, and slightly further on is La Heliconia Bar & Restaurant. The closest restaurants are The Beach House and Aquarium.

There are automated laundry facilities at the apartments but there is also a laundry service available at an additional cost. They really have thought of practically everything to improve guests experience.

SGU Student Accommodation

Grenada Gold Apartments is a preferred St George's University (SGU) accommodation, and is perfect for long- or short-term stays. We have one- and two-bedroom, fully furnished apartments available. The SGU bus stops just outside so travel to and from the university couldn't be easier.

We maintain a quiet and friendly environment so our students can get on with their studies, but we also know they have to have some Rand;R time! Students are welcome to join in the occasional activities we organise, such as BBQs and Full Moon Yoga sessions on the rooftop terrace.

Family and friends coming to visit SGU love us because of our convenient location: just six minutes from the SGU campus and minutes from the beach. Although we are located on part of the True Blue Estate, our mailing address falls under Grand Anse, and the famous Grand Anse Beach, with over two miles of white sand, is close by.
