Sunbird is an excellent new property showcasing the high level of sophistication and luxury now found on Bequia.

Location

4370 sq feet of villa located on the ridge between Friendship Bay and Port Elizabeth harbour.

Whilst predominantly overlooking the South coast, the high aspect of this villa also allows views West and North, providing both sunsets and sunrises during certain months. The views south down over Friendship Bay and the entire southern island chain stretching into the distance are simply stunning.

Sunbird is centrally located - approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport. The harbour town of Port Elizabeth with shops, restaurants and amenities is around and 8 minute drive. Whilst the popular west coast beaches (Lower Bay and Princess Margaret Beach) are just a 5 minute drive away.

Swimming Pool

The stunning infinity pool is 30 ft long by 10 ft wide / 4 ft 6 inches deep. Surrounded by a pool deck with large gazebo / BBQ / dining area to the west of the pool which is well positioned to capture those superb double views.

Layout

The entire property comprises 3 self contained residences all with individual kitchens / living spaces accommodating up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms which can be rented together or independently.

The main house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 on the upper level with high ceilings, en suite bathrooms and full deck access with those amazing ocean views over Mustique, the southern Grenadines, Admiralty Bay and Lower Bay. The third bedroom is on the main living area level which also contains large open plan kitchen and vast living / dining areas which open up directly onto the infinity edged pool deck and Gazebo.

A further 2 self contained apartments are located on the lower 2 levels of the property. Butterflies Apartment with 2 bedrooms and Hummingbird with 1 bedroom on the ground level.

All 6 bedrooms have air conditioning and there are fans in the living areas.

Note: if you book only the main Sunbird residence, then Hummingbird and Butterflies may also be occupied during your stay by other parties. They will have sole use of the lower deck outside their suites, but will not have access to the main pool deck which is only available by booking the main residence. If you wish to book only Hummingbird and/or Butterflies then please contact us to discuss availability.

Connected and Sophisticated

Sunbird has a sophisticated Sonos wireless sound system with built in speakers in varying locations which are remotely programmable by phone and other devices. The house also has an advanced security system with CCTV.

WiFi with high speed Internet and Cable TV are all provided.

The Driveway is large enough for several vehicles to park and turn.

The wonderful housekeeper Fiona is available for daily maid service, laundry and cooking services if required.
