PRIVATE BEACH

Coral Gardens has a lovely private beach below the estate - as the name suggests this beach is gorgeous coral sands just steps down from the villa - entirely private  great to explore, relax or start a boat adventure from your own beach.

REEF SIDE

The reef nearby are some of the best for diving and with very active marine life , lobsters etc.

Private Speedboat available  Contender 36

The Contender is on standby for you as part of the house but It's usage is charged separately - usually at 1500 USD per day - we have however agreed a lower fee of 1500 USD per day + Fuel as this usually works out a little cheaper for you. There are a fantastic number of islands for you to explore from the property some require passports and clearance costs . But the Captain and 1st mate are all included in the charter rate and we highly recommend this as we are sure it will be one of the highlights of the stay.

Catering & Chef Services

You have a lot of flexibility - there are 2 Service options at the property . The more full Chef Service is a complete solution - so we would recommend this for your group. Chef Service 100 - 120 USD per day + 20% Service Charge ( all inclusive of Food prices ) Breakfast 35 USD Lunch 40 USD Dinner 60 - 90 USD depending on meal Gluten Free , Vegetarian , Allergies etc all catered for Children 3 to 8 years half price - full price 8+Cook 60 USD per day + 20% service Charge + direct cost of the food 15 USD per person Breakfast 15 USD per person Lunch 25 USD for Dinner . or just a Brunch + Dinner if you prefer.

BBQ

The house offers a great BBQ - and On arrival we highly recommend requesting a BBQ as a first experience at the property 25 USD per person.

self catered

You can of course always cater independently if you wish or simply as you feel - you can make a tasty snack yourself in the kitchen.

Privacy

The staff stay in separate property so are not in the house you have private use of the two properties. The grounds are vast and the largest estate on the peninsula the properties are a true oasis of calm protected from the world in a beautiful natural ambiance.

Concierge

Concierge service will be in place for your group - this is Complementary service for you to help ensure you have the vacation run smoothly and advise and arrange things as you wish. You will be greeted on arrival at the airport and transport arranged to the property for you.

Massages and full spa treatments

Full massage are usually a highlight of the property - these can be located within the property or in a private location on the terraces. A real highlight.1 hr massage @ 100 USD 1.5hr Massage @ 150 USd.

Maid service

2 maid services as standard for your 11 night stay. Additional maid services are freely available on request Main House 250 USD and 100 USD for the Villa per day.

car hire and taxis

Available as you wish and paid at cost no mark up on any of the services provided by the property so this is very unusual.

Account

The House usually give an estimated total of your vacation costs and additional services which you wish to add and this is presented to you with a detailed budget . This is provided in advance to the property and the final costs are reconciled at the end of the stay. Gratuity is appreciated for the staff and captain services The house has a big repeat rate and has hosted some very special guests . The level of coordination and concierge service available at this property is phenomenal - the Estate are very experienced with large groups 40 Plus guests so you will find it spacious and comfortable.
