Make sure you're fully insured for your trip
We recommend obtaining travel insurance to fully protect your rental and travel payments, as well as providing cover for unforeseen illness and injuries.
By taking out travel insurance you are covering yourself against travel risks such as lost or stolen luggage, cancellation cover (should you not be able to travel due to unexpected medical reasons) and most importantly, unexpected medical costs abroad.
We recommended that you purchase your chosen insurance policy as soon as the deposit & flights have been paid for, as this means you'll receive cancellation coverage from up to six months before the trip.
Our policy is to be as flexible and helpful as possible
For the majority of rental accommodations the deposit and all extras are non-refundable. Should you cancel your booking the balance will STILL BE DUE.
If given enough notice we may be able to defer the dates to a future time at the owners discretion and will work hard to get a good result for you where possible.
If we are able to rebook the villa we may be able to refund part or all of the balance, without you having to go through your insurance company. Our policy is to be as flexible and helpful as possible.
However we recommend you always protect yourself in the event you have to unexpectedly cancel.
